He has previously served as a Den Chief, SPL, Jr. Assistant Scoutmaster, CYL Intro Track Chairman, Pioneer Induction Master, and Chapter Ceremonies Vice-Chief. He plans to earn at least a master's degree in a branch of psychology and hopes to become a counselor. Juan Carlos's favorite OA memory is impossible to choose, but he especially enjoys helping run trading posts, including helping run the Gateway Trading Post for 45 minutes at NIE—and really, anytime he gets the chance to run a new trading post.
