Arrowmen,
Welcome to conclave! I am so grateful to each and every one of you for being here at the Rogue Community College to enjoy a weekend full of amazing events, activities, and memories that I hope you will take with you for the rest of your Scouting journey! The Council of Chiefs has worked tirelessly since December to plan out each part of this weekend and I can’t wait for you all to see what we have in store for all of you!
This year we celebrate the 250’th anniversary of this Nation, and how it has truly stood the test of time, so feel free to join us in our USA themed trainings, activities, and special events! I highly encourage you to engage with people you have never met before and build connections with your fellow Arrowmen. After all, this Nation is built on people coming together from all over the world to stand for freedom and community.
Conclave is a very special event to me, and I hope it is the same to all of you, as we only have the opportunity once a year to come together with arrowmen from across the Section and enjoy the Fellowship in our Order. Whether you spend this weekend learning new skills and one of our many training sessions, meeting new friends from around the state, or playing games with our special guests from across the Nation, I am confident that you will have an amazing time!
Your Friend,
Anson J. Fleck
