Checkout & Leaving Site

Participants are encouraged to remain onsite once checked in at conclave. If you need to leave campus, even temporarily, please check out at Conclave HQ and check back in upon your return. This helps us know who is present on campus at all times in the event of an emergency.

Checkout Procedures

If you are leaving conclave on Sunday morning, please do the following prior to your departure: 

• Ensure your personal camping area is clean.
• Pick up and pay for any auction items you may have won in the auction area. 
• Pick up your medical form from Conclave HQ.

If you are leaving conclave prior to Sunday morning, please checkout at Conclave HQ.
